With employer-paid training, workers have the potential to become more productive not only in their present employment but also in any number of job with different employers. To increase the productivity of their workforce, many firms are planning to maintain or even increase their investments in worker training. 出錢的培訓(xùn),員工更加有潛力成為更有產(chǎn)能的人,不僅僅在他們現(xiàn)在的工作中,還在其他任何不同雇主下的工作中都能體現(xiàn)。為了增加他們工作力的產(chǎn)能,很多公司都計(jì)劃保持甚至增加對(duì)員工培訓(xùn)的投資。但是一些培訓(xùn)專家說(shuō)如果一個(gè)接受了培訓(xùn)的員工被其他公司撬走了,那雇主花的錢培的訓(xùn)就是給競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者做嫁衣啊。他們指出,這種挖墻腳的事情最近幾年有在增多。
